We are pleased to announce that Luma Services is implementing the project “Luma Work Smart – a pilot of reduced working time and digital transformation.”
As part of the project, we will develop, test, and implement a model of reduced working hours without lowering salaries and while maintaining the current level of employment. The change in work organization will be accompanied by a digital transformation that will support new solutions and process efficiency.
This is an innovative approach that combines a focus on quality with care for employee wellbeing.
This project carries great responsibility and presents a significant challenge, which we undertake with full commitment, knowing that the experience we gain from its implementation may have a real impact on shaping future working conditions in Poland.
